If a state requires a license to be married, but also is able to deny people their license, isn’t that making a law that deprives a denies a person their right to be married? The case at hand was over whether or not gay marriage†¦show more content†¦Letting gay couples adopt would be great for the foster parents, open up more room for new foster children, and help the foster children that have been in there feel loved. There truly isn’t a bad side of same-sex marriage. After a case that lasted over a decade, the Supreme Court ruled that gay marriage was a right and that all bans set previously were no longer valid. The ruling was an extremely close one, but at last, same sex couples were able to be married which was their right all along. Even back in 1973, abortion was a hot topic. It is understandable that it would be a topic of concern considering many people view it as murder. I do not see it as murder, abortion is the right of the person carrying the baby. Some people get abortions because of rape, some get it because they aren’t financially able to care for the baby, some people get them because they are too young for a baby. I think all of those reasons are pretty good reasons to have an abortion. Many people fighting saying that pro life and that you can put the baby up for adoption fail to face the reality of how many children are already in foster care and aren’t able to find homes. I am sure foster care children are wishing their mothers had an abortion. They hate their lives. Some foster children even end up not mentally right or are put into worse situations when the foster parents are
